We All Need A Tree
Sometimes we all need help remembering that God never intended us to carry our burdens and to distribute them to those we love. I was sent an email with the following link which says it much better than I. http://home.att.net/~soloshideaway/751/tree.htm
My wife, Diane, and I have four children; two boys and two girls; one boy and one girl are in heaven. We have sixteen grandchildren; and four Great Grandchildren. We also have additional "Chosen Children and Grandchildren" who God has brought into our lives.
We moved to Clarke County, Mississippi when I resigned as Pastor of Bay Springs Baptist Church, Porterville, MS in December 2015. Diane Retired as a surgical nurse from Rush Hospital in Meridian, Ms on December 31, 2015.
We are enjoying living among our kin and the people of the Rolling Creek Community. We have served several churches both in an Interim capacity and as Pastor as we seek to minister according to God's direction. We continue to lead mission groups to participate in evangelistic outreach across the country and the world.
We are attempting to remodel the home Diane was raised in, and hope to move into it later this year.
This photo was taken in China during a visit to our daughter and her family in May of 2006.
